FH has crashed when i try to start it

I have had to re-download feral heart several times but when I open it it just stays black for a little while then turns grey and I get "feralheart.exe has stopped working. I have tried to restart my computer and re-downloading feral heart but it still keeps crashing. There are no extra particles and everything is in where it should be. Any advice?

I had to reinstall it when that happened to me, it really sucked but that was the only way for me, I hope you can find another way to get that out of there TT^TT

First of all, when you re-install FH, make sure you actually DELETE IT, then re-install. If you have been downloading mods and particles, check that you don`t have any particles with _0 or _1 or something.
If that wont help, but you know you have been downloading stuff, delete that specific folder (BUT MAKE A BACK UP!).

Ok, I'll try that; when i delete FH I go to my control panel to "Uninstall programs" and delete it from there along with the setup and desktop icon. is that right way to actually delete it? Also would FH crash if a map I downloaded affected it? I think thats what happened but I'm not sure

Yeah, it can crash due to maps. o: Try clearing out your exports, and check if it works. And yeah, you can simply uninstall it from the Control Panel.

A couple of days ago when I was trying to make a map, FH did the exact same thing. You may have deleted the .temp map or something else in the files, follow what they say, and re-install. ^_^

Feel I should mention, if everything's apparently as it should be and FH is STILL crashing, restarting your computer might be worth a shot. Worked for me once; I still have no idea why, but hey. XD
