Can't login?

When I open FeralHeart or FeralHeart+ and try to login, it says I typed my information wrong. The first day this started happening I tried changing my password, so I know I didn't forget my password because I can still login to the website. So after that didn't work I tried waiting a couple of days, that didn't work either, I'm not sure why the game won't let me login and it's really annoying. I would appreciate some help.

I had to reinstall the game. None of that would have worked for me anyway considering my numpad is the only numbers that work on my keyboard except for 5 and 6. Thanks anyway!
