Okay im finally going to make a preset, but I have a question, How do I add tattoos on my character, for example, I saw wolffox have a hunger game tattoo, how do I do that? 
And maybe show some screenies?

Well, if you use gimp/photoshop or so, you can use the software and it's brushes to create the mark.
Or, you could cut the mark out, and place it on your preset.

Now. I'm not an expert when it comes to presets, and I'm not saying I'm right.. But, I guess it's worth a try.

This is just a suggestion as I have tattoo like markings on one of my presets. What I do, is add a transparent layer, and draw the marking on that. Obviously the layer goes above the base layer and the fur texture. But  that's just how I do it; there are probably loads of different ways.
