Stuck on fluorite plains loading screen

Hey. I joined yesterday and so far I have enjoyed the nice community

However, I have encountered a major problem. Almost always when I try to enter Fluorite Plains, the loading screen gets stuck and it tells me that the map failed to load. If I press alright to retry, it tries to load the map with no result. Sometimes it tells me that I have an invalid token, whatever that means. And then randomly sometimes when I try to enter, it lets me in with no problem.

For the time being, I'm unable to log on my character which is stuck in the map. Is this a common problem? Any help would be appreciated, thanks in advance.

Fluorite is always filled, well most of the time, so it is quite hard to get in. You'll have to wait. But if you want your character back, click on character reset on your log in box, click it. Then sign in with your username and password, and then you mnay reset your character by clicking reset home. It should bring you back to lonenly cave or whereever you set your home.

If it also said "Cannot connect to server. Retry?" and you hit retry, then get stuck there, instead of exiting Feralheart, all you have to is hit the escape button, and it will take you back to the title screen.

No point pressing the Retry button, it does nothing... The only reason it does that is because Fluorite is very crowded, often when the map is full it won't allow you in the map. You may have to wait a bit for the number of players to go down to get in.

To get your character out you will have to click the Character Reset button on that box where it says Registration Closed.
