If you're using Windows 7 for example you should be able to open it by double clicking, compress by Right-clicking>>Send to>>Compressed Zip Folder. Otherwise you could download WinRar, it's not free but there are free versions if you look around Google

Okay, I have 7zip. Then, I upload the map into Mediafire, download it, and extract it. After that (this may not be organized) I put the whole folder into Exports, like a video said to on Internet Explorer. I usually use Google, I have a 32 bit computer, Windows Home Premium (Windows 7). Or do I do something else?

You compress the folder containing the exported files with 7zip, then you upload the compressed folder to mediafire. You do not need to download your own map since you already have it. Just give the download link to your friends and then they have to extract the files to their exports folder. Do not place the folder in the exports folder because it won't work, you only put files in exports.

I have Windows 7 Home Premium so you don't actually need 7zip. Right clicking and choosing Send to >>Compressed Zip Folder compresses it. Extracting you can just double click the zip file like a normal folder and drag the files elsewhere.
