Issue with one of my accounts.

I have a few friends with this issue as well.
One of my three accounts, my main account to be exact, now doesn't work when I try to get on it. The other two accounts work perfectly fine, but my main does not.
Whenever I try to get on, it gives me the classic "FeralHeart.exe has stopped working" after the character select screen.

I guess it's not a huge problem as I can still get on my other accounts, but I have friends that I now can't contact as I can't spell their usernames and they aren't friended on my other accounts.

I've tried switching rendering subsystems already, and I doubt reinstalling will fix the issue but I will do so if needed.

Anyone else having this issue? Any known way to fix it?

The "FeralHeart.exe has stopped working" can be solved by simply removing, then re-downloading FeralHeart again. To also help that issue, turn off the water reflection, and turn down the viewing distance.

As for the account problem, if that account is old or unused, sometimes they do get missplaced or deleted, but if that is not the case, make sure your names are PERFECT AND RIGHT. If that is not the case, I would say to PM an admin or mod about this issue.

The account that doesn't work is the account I'm always on. FH itself is working fine with my other accounts, it only crashes with that one. It's all correct as it lets me onto the character select screen and then crashes on the loading screen for whatever map I go on(Said maps do indeed work perfectly for my other accounts). Reinstalling is proving to not work as FH+ is also crashing with that account, but not the others.

I think I'll wait a few days to see if the account will work again. If not, then I'll PM a mod. Thanks for the advice though. ^^
