[Alphea of Time Ruins]

I am launching a complaint of a log in issue through the game system. Also, on the website as well. I click on 'Forgot password' is given the code, and it says invalid. I have made another account in the past and I've had the same issues. Can you please help me with this ongoing issue? Please, it is very frustrating.

If you are having log in problems, then you wouldn't have been able to make this post.
I suggest you talk to the staff members about this. Probably Delay, cause she helps with the forums. If you want a for sure answer.

I have the feeling she's talking about in-game xDD. (As it is in 'Game Halp')


If your password contains special symbols, then that'd probaly be a reason why you'd be incapable of logging in in-game.

If you want to sort of figure out your password with the "Forgot Password" button though, well try sort of just spam-clicking it, and checking your email in which you used to register with that perticuliar account ono.

Still...there really isn't any difference from in game password from forum password. And she says website as well too :p
