Nice thought. It seems that there's nothing particularly structured about the mate center. People just sit in a circle yelling at each other in caps "Can I go next?!" and all that sort of thing. There's no actual bonding goin on which kind of defeats the object of finding and having a mate.
I still think the adoption center should stay separate. A mated pair might not won't to adopt a cub or pup straight away, or want one at all. Besides, if all the people who wanted mates and all the cubs and pups were in one space, it would cause even more lag than it already does.
