Am I out of range? Please help!

I've read just about every single help thread there is for when you get the 'Can not connect to the main server' pop up. None of them have helped fix the one I have. Therefore, I have to ask if Feralheart has a 'range' that it can connect in. Because all of this started right after I moved to where I am now, and nothing has helped me fix the 'main server' problem since. Some help would be great but I at least want to know if I might be out of range for connecting.

As you sed u moved, has anything else changed? Provider? Hardware for the internet connection? Providers software? Firewall? Ani-Vir software?

Do u use portable (mobile phone base), wi-fi/w-lan or lan connections?

Ha ha our names are almost exactly the same. :3 Devyn and Devin

But for the range problem, by "moved" do you mean moved your character or moved the computer? If you did computer, you might be too far away from your normal internet connection. As for a charrie, I don't know. Sorry I'm not very helpful.
