Default Map downloader

The first time I download a map, it all works out fine and I paste everything into exports and it appears. But the second time it opens the map with this program called "Windows Media Player" which is not the default program and will not open the map so I can open the folder and paste everything into exports. It will also sometimes say, "Which program should I open this with?" and I don't know what to select. Basically... what is the default FH downloader for maps? Should I just select FH?

You shouldn't be trying to open the files. When you try to open the files is the only time you get that message. Just follow the read me of the download if there is any or just place the files in their correct locations and open the game and head to the Cape to use them. You don't have to worry about what program you open them with, the map will still work regardless of what that's set to.

I tried to paste the file itself into exports, but that didn't work. Before, when I downloaded the map, I had to go into the folder and copy everything, then paste everything into exports. Just pasting the folder did not work. But this map is not even a folder, it just appears as a single file.

Something might be wrong there if it's just a single file. Can you share the link of this map or send me this file here so I can get a better idea of what's going on ^^?
