Character black when i log in?

Okay, so i got my game working and the first day i created Liafi (My spotted hyena). Then, this morning, i loged in and Liafi came up black with amber/light brown eyes (Her eyes are pink). I'm not sure if this is a common glitch or not. I can't do the uninstall thing, because my dad went to great lengths to install the game (it took an hour). I also went to create another character but the feline & canine were also black.

I think this has happened before and that yes it is a probably a glitch.
Unfortually the best advise would be to reinstall the game again or this might repeat itself -
I am assuming you click OK when you've been in edit mode on your characters, so that you confirm the changes you've made for the characters.

Now that your father knows how to install FH maybe it wont be as hard to do it again? Just make sure you'll deletet all old folders if you do re-install the game.

I don't think in any way possible it would be hackers. My password is as secure as it gets.

Alright - I can't say for sure what it is so maybe you can wait a few days and see if it'll fix itself hopefully ;3

I hope in a few days it fixes itself. It's also black on other characters when i go in-game, but it isn't affecting gameplay. I'll comment if it continues on after 3 days ^_^

Have you tried switching Rendering Subsystems?
You can do so in Options, Video, Rendering Subsystem.
Then once you switch it, it will tell you to restart the game, in which you should do so, then log in and check again. c:
