Help! I Can't Login!

I created my Feral Heart account a little ago, and today decided I would finally try the game, but when I got to login it says Incorrect Username or Password, but I'm sure I have them both typed in correctly.

Does your password have symbols in it, such  as  @ # $ % ^ &* ) ( !? If it does, you'll have to change it.

I just want to point out that your username ingame can only be 16 letters long so if it is longer than 16 you just have to wait until you can make new user....

Since you just made your account are you sure you got your verification e-mail to officially activate it? Or did you just registrar and go straight to game?

Also if you forgot your password, try resetting it at the "forgot password" at the very top on the Feral Heart forum

Im having this exact problem. I typed everything right!
I also dont want to have to wait and make a new user! I waited a long time! I know what is happening to you, i just dont know how to fix it!
