I cant get in the game!

I recently got an account. I try to login to the game and it says my username and password is incorrect. Its not!
I saw somewhere that you can only have a certain number of characters in the username, and i think i have too many. I dont want to have to wait a long time again to make a new account, plus i dont think im allowed to. Can someone help please?

Have you tried changing your password here on the forum? Click where it says "Forgot your password?" at the top right of the forum in the gold box and reset your password. I hope that helps :3

Hmm.. That's a bit odd.
Check to see if your capitals lock was on/off. Maybe you have some capitals in your username or password, that you forgot to capilize?
Otherwise you should contact a staff member about this.
