I believe it's best to not even open their account on your computer, in case they decide to go and get themselves banned one day, and your IP address would/wouldn't be connected to theirs depending on that moment. Then, just explain how it's a bad idea to do that.

You both weren't making the best choice because she not only gave away her password to her account but you also logged into another users account which was a risk you took on your part. It's best to avoid using other peoples' accounts period.

I will be sure how to go into another person's account again.  I was a newbie at the time and didn't know it would link the accounts.

I remember one time I was with someone in Bonfire. They were going to change their password, but then, I think I remember her saying her password 'horse' and seriously...?
Luckily, I wasn't a hacker. But I might remember this in local chat.

I don't think it's a good idea to give someone their password like that, honestly. If you'd explore, you wouldn't do that, to that person who gave out that password. Some people are just lazy to explore, but exploring is really fun D: Seriously. Exploring is seeing every single pixel of the map. Almost. Surprised she couldn't do that, by dashing around.
Ahh, newbies. At least you never got on her account again. Also, another thing.
Passwords should seriously be harder, yet easy to remember these days instead of 'horse'. Seriously...

This kind of topic has been going around alot, and Red made a comment on this kind if subject

As we have written in the rules, "Your account, your responsibility" means more than just the accounts you have, as much as you are meant to keep your login information safe and not share it with other users, the same goes other way around, you are NOT meant to use other users accounts to play the game, and if you still ignore this and getting all your accounts restricted from playing the game, it's your action and we will not lift the ban.

So I repeat:
- Do not acquire and use accounts that aren't yours if you want to stay clear from issues
- Do not lend out your accounts to other players and users if you want to stay clear from issues

Your account is for "you" only, please make sure it stays that way. The game rules has been slightly modified to make this more clear and I hope the rest of you members can explain this if it would be needed for someone. Why we are saying this here is to help everyone, not to restrict users from playing the game as they would want to.

If you share your account or sign into random accounts that aren't yours, you are taking that risk alone.
