Is there something wrong with my account? I can't log in

A few months back, I made an account on Feral Heart. When I tried to sign in with it, I was told that I had an incorrect username/password. I tried logging back in multiple time, and even though I am 100% sure that I typed my login info correctly, it still won't let me in. At the time, I decided to try it again later. Almost a year later, I still can't get in, and it's getting beyond frustrating. I was beginning to think that maybe it was just my computer, so I had a friend come over and try to login, which she did successfully. I'm thinking about giving up and just making a new account, except every time I check, registrations are closed. Any advice?

When making an account you have to be sure your username is not too long and also make sure you don't have any strange symbols or capitalized letters in your password as it is caps sensitive.
If all else fails you will just have to make another account unfortunately but in doing so make sure as I said the user isn't too long and you don't use any random symbols or capitalization.

There's a major glitch who's affecting many people's accounts, deleting them. If you can't change your password, it's because the glitch affected the account and you need to create a new account.

Thanks for the help! I think It's because my username was too long. I hate having to wait around for registrations, but I guess there's not a lot else I can do.

I guess this can be locked now...
