I don't think I know about the helicoter, but Thierry might have a fence and a good visitor center here.
I forgot where to get the cars though. I forgot who made them, but you can probably form a little car like that...
Err. You might want to look around for a huge mesh pack, probably made by Ingrediant that includes a few cars.
