FH crashes when I try to take screenshots? Help?

So, as the title suggests, every single time I try to take a screenshot, I get a message saying that the program has encountered a problem and needs to close. I really would like to take screenshots, but I'm not able to!
If it helps any, I'm on a PC - windows xp

Try to go onto the FH game, press ESC, go to options, go through them till you find one either set to DirectGL or another option. if one is highlighted, select the other and re-open the game.

(on a phone, so cannot find the option)

If this does not work, then backup your meshes, presets, markings ETC and re-download the game.

I actually have a pretty full harddrive too. I think I should clean it up and de-frag my computer a bit also

Deffinatly. If you go out some point, just leave it on and on de-fragmenter. Also go through your downloads files for un-needed things.

remember to clear your recycle bin too!

Well I re-downloaded FeralHeart and re-installed it, and screenshots are working fine now. Thank you so much! I also de-fragged my computer, cleaned up the recycle bin and got rid of unwanted programs. I also updated my AVG software, which was out of date along with some plugins for mozilla
In other words, my computer is up to date now, and should work fine now. lol, I'm scanning the whole computer as we speak. I just needed something to do while waiting for the scan to finish:)
