Problem with weather

I found FH's own sandstorm picture and particle (or whatever it is) thing, but it's not working properly. Here's what happens:

I'd suggest deleting it then re-install the sand storm weather and read the README step by step if there is one. I'd also suggest opening the image up in GIMP or PhotoShop changing the layer by adding an alpha channel (Transparent Background). If you use GIMP then save the image and if the option comes up telling you to Merge the layer, then do it. Don't flatten it because that's why it's doing what it's doing now.
