Login Issues with the game?

Ok, I FINALLY Downloaded the game! No virus, no errors, no nothing. Maybe a bit of high CPU usage, but that's about it. But there's a problem regarding logging into the game. I enter my game password and username and it says " Incorrect username or password " and something about a 15 minute ban if I keep trying. Help, please?
I'm getting bored of using the preset maker and map maker, the ACTUAL game is what I'm trying to get to.

ok so there have been a few people i have heard from (including me) that have had this issues... so when i went and talked to a MOD about it, it was said...so so sorry... but nothing can be done, it was most likely if you have a super long or hyphens in your password/ username that could have prevented it from going through the checking point for the game part (i think it is a loop hole or some thing???)

anyway... i am sooo sorry but your best bet is to go and get a new account or go to the chat and see if anyone on has 2 or more and is willing to give one up to you... or let you barrow it
