Cannot Login

i have tried to login many times and it says my password or username is INCORRECT but i have re-read the e-mail time and time again. I even changed my password. I am mad. It banned me for 15 minutes too and I would really like some help logging in when the time limit is up, so i guess I have some time. Help please?

As Ruby said.

By the sounds of it your keyboard is not set to the English setting, if its set on another language and you don't know how to change it to the English setting, ask your parents or look online.

I'm having the same problem but the server is online and i reset my password and everything's all checked. I don't know why i'm still not logging in  :(

Same here, It won't let me log in either, I checked over EVERYTHING. Even tried it on a different computer.

Also, for Augusta problem, did you try to reset your password? You can download a American-English layout. It may work too.
