Discussion of bans aren't allowed on the forum hun. If you need help or have questions about one you have to private message one of the mods like myself or an admin.
Aside from that since you say it's 15 minutes of a ban perhaps you're getting your log in info incorrect. The 15 ban comes usually when you keep typing your password wrong. Try checking your caps maybe and type in your info carefully perhaps that will help. If you still have trouble just message one of us mods or admin about it and we'll get to the bottom of what's going on.
