How to get to Sky's Rim

I've been wondering how to get to Sky's rim for a while. I know you have to get to some sort of island but I forgot what it's called, and don't even know how to get there.

To get to Sky's Rim, you'll first need to get to Ascension Island. Ascension Island can be accessed by following a ramp up and around the side of Lonely Cave, and jumping a few platforms. Once you're at Ascension, there'll be another ramp; once you go up there the real fun begins Just for a moment, take a look up above you. Yup, that's what you'll be doing for the next hour, or if you're fast less. The portal to Sky's Rim is at the top.  

Tip: Set your home every few jumps, and if you fall, just return home!

It indeed is hard. But you will get there in no time. I practiced for a while and I can get there in no time.
Just some advice for help is to time your jumping, be careful, and watch this for inspirance for the future. (Well, it inspired me.)
