Hey , floof. This problem happened to me before but I'll try to remember how I solved it because it was about 1 year ago. It might be because you did not log in correctly. Second, your account time might of been expired (meaning that you had the finite time to log out your account). Finite time means when your time is over. That's not a bad thing.

Hey! So, I've noticed lots of help threads about this. Look here instead! It's usually just little things that are easy to fix.


1. Make sure your caps lock is not on. The login is caps sensitive! Make sure you're typing everything correctly.

2. Do not use the numpad! Use the numbers above the alphabet on your keyboard.

3. Does your username or password have any unusual symbols such as ?$!@*-_ ect.? This can mess things up for some people. Make a new account if you're having trouble with symbols. If you make a new one, please try to stick with a-z letters, nothing capitalized.

4. Make sure that your keyboard language is in English! It won't log you in unless you have a US keyboard setting.

5. If you're trying to log on ingame, make sure the server is up and running. You can do this by looking at the top of the banner of this forum.

6. Make sure you are logging in with your username, not forum nickname. My actual username is JazzForLife, and I log in with that. I do not use Jazzz, because that is my forum nickname.

7. Even if you change your password on the forum, your password for the game will always be the same you signed up with.

Also, make sure your username is not more than 16 characters!

I logged in corectly im sure  and its not with the finite time

my friend started the gmae playing yesterday to and it works even if we maked the accounts on the same day and time

Im haveing the same problem I have a backup account in case my main is hacked or somthing but I cant log in i can log in on here but when I go to the game it keeps saying incorrect username or password but ik im puting it in right. PLEASE HELP.

Please make your own trend so we can help you properly. If you are going to post a response on someone else's trend, then please be informative in resolving it. If you do however have a question we will gladly help you once you make a trend on your own.

How long is your username? do you have special cases in it such as % ^ & $ #. These are known to make usernames and passwords glitch sometimes.
Did you also made sure your caps lock wasn't on when inputting the password?
