That, my friend, probably didn't happen. Sorry, I'm at a loss for words. This sounds like a problem with tampering of the files. Anyone, even a 'friend', could have done this. Though it would have taken a while. The birch tree is fixed, but that doesn't seem like the main problem here... I suggest making a fake map and waiting a while to see what happens to it, if the same thing happens again, then we might have a problem... If it doesn't, then you might have to remake your map and try again. That's my advice. Hope you solve the problem!
