Game won't let me log in

Okay, so the site lets me log in with my account, but when I try to log into the game it won't let me and says either the username or password is wrong. I have tried it many times and made sure that everything is the same for what I do to log into the site. Nothing works.

Is your username over 16 characters long? Or do you have special cases in your password such as , . < ? / _. Things like this can cause a account to become glitch and make it not function properly.

Make sure your caps lock is not on for your password, even if you have a capital letter hold the shift key.
Also, try typing it in Word or Notepad just to make sure you are spelling it right.
If you have more than one account, then this account may have been deleted as well by the FH staff.

16 is the maximum amount I'm afraid for username and password. I'm not sure how you can fix without making a new account.
