If my memory perceives me, when you first open the download application of Red's, it'll ask you a particular destination to download it in. Whatever destination you choose, usually located somewhere in your computer files or the main Feralheart directory, the download will extract a folder to that given location before automatically closing. There is generally no given problem, as it has indeed downloaded what you're seeking. All you have to do is find a folder that has been placed in the destination you've chosen and merely open it. Within the folder should be what you're looking for, Red's maps in this case.
