stuck character...

alright so I know there's a way to do this but I forgot how to do it haha, alright so I have this one character and I wanted to go inside a map but he seems to have gotten stuck while getting into the map... you following what I'm trying to get at? xD seems confusing at first but there's a way to reset your characters location from somewhere on the site, but I forgot where to look... I know how to reset his location I just cant find the spot to do so, still gettin me? I just need to be reminded on how to do it lol

not exactly... its a bit hard to explain really, but basically i tried getting into a map, but the map crashed so my character is basically lost in the map, there's a way from here on the website to reset their home back to lonely cave... i just dont remember how to find it or do it.
