Can't log into the game?

I've recently installed the game, and it works fine, because when my friend logs into her account to play (I share a laptop with a friend), she is able to log into the game and play. I, on the other hand, can't seem to get in. I enter my username and password correctly, but it doesn't seem to want to let me log in.
Any kind of help is much appreciated.

Is your caps lock on? Do you have capital letters in your password? These are the things you need to pay close attention to. The game is case sensitive when it comes to passwords so you need to be sure you're typing in your username and password exactly how you did during registration. I hope this helps.

I do, I made sure I had the correct capslock things, but it still won't let me in. I'm at a loss of what to do.

Make sure your username is not longer than 16 characters long. Try changing your password - it might help.

Hey! So, I've noticed lots of help threads about this. Look here instead! It's usually just little things that are easy to fix.


1. Make sure your caps lock is not on. The login is caps sensitive! Make sure you're typing everything correctly.

2. Do not use the numpad! Use the numbers above the alphabet on your keyboard.

3. Does your username or password have any unusual symbols such as ?$!@*-_ ect.? This can mess things up for some people. Make a new account if you're having trouble with symbols. If you make a new one, please try to stick with a-z letters, nothing capitalized.

4. Make sure that your keyboard language is in English! It won't log you in unless you have a US keyboard setting.

5. If you're trying to log on ingame, make sure the server is up and running. You can do this by looking at the top of the banner of this forum.

6. Make sure you are logging in with your username, not forum nickname. My actual username is JazzForLife, and I log in with that. I do not use Jazzz, because that is my forum nickname.

7. Even if you change your password on the forum, your password for the game will always be the same you signed up with.

Your username is too long, the game can only handle usernames that are tops 16 characters of length, your current username on that account is 19 characters long.

You'd need to find another open registration time and register a new account with a shorter username.
