Night Change Code?

I've seen some presets where they change color in the night.
I've also seen glow in the dark ones.

That sounds something that would work with glowing coding.
Since ive really never generally experimented with glowing markings I do know a few things about it
Here check this thread out that shows you a step by step guide to properly make a glowing preset.
