Hm, I don't think you've been blocked from any chats-- that simply doesn't happen, unless it's a server glitch. And unless everyone is experiencing it, it's not a serverwide issue.
My guess is, you may have accidentally turned off those chats?
While in-game, please click the little Arrow beside your chatbox. A list of boxes with the names Local, General, Group, etc., will appear. Make sure all of these boxes are clicked on, and have a Check in them to allow them to show in the chats.
After this, you should be able to see everyone chatting properly, as well as your own messages.
