I downloaded items and opened zip folder. I saw ONLY folder "Items". I opened this folder and saw "README" and next folder named "Items". I opened this folder and there were only .material .mesh and .skeleton files. Where is .cfg?

the cfg file should have been the first few things you would have seen next to the READ ME and the item folder itself. Really without that cfg file, your items cant be viewable in game

Try downloading another item pack. I'd recomend Ringo and Delay's item pack or Pawesome Items. I've downloaded both and they both work fine.
