Need preset help!

So i've recently made a preset on feralheart. I exported it, with the exact name, even capitalized. And now it won't show up to friends.

Thing is, i've recently checked, and it shows up in game and in character creation for me, but it show up as the NEXT preset (3 becomes 4, 4 becomes 5, etc) in character creator. And i'm suspecting that to be the problem.

Now my question, has anyone else ever experienced this? Or know how to fix it? I'd really like some help!

When you export a preset you must make sure to export it while you're logged in with the exact username you registered for. If you export the preset with any variation of your username people will not see it. Example:

My username is MorbidDecadence but if I export any of my presets as morbiddecadence they will not work proper. I suggest that you continue experimenting to see which variation of your name is the official one since that is the only issue that causes this. Goodluck

If worse comes to worst you might have to do what I did and back up your maps, screenshots, and presets and uninstall the game and then reinstall. Sometimes the exporter acts derpy.

Well from experience if you log in differently from your actual registered name then people wont see it. Like for example on my first account I log in as "Youshallfearme", but in reality if you want your preset to work you have to log in the way you registered, which in my case would be "YouShallFearMe"
just try to make sure you are typing in the correct username before you export.
