Weird Username Glitch...

My friend tried to log on to his account and he forgot his username, and he told me he tried to reset it and hit 'Forgot you Username?' And is sent him to reset his password. And he tried it on Google Chrome and Safari. He said it just will not work so I told him I would post this asking for help because god knows I have no clue what to do. His username is either .:Tropical Rain:. or .:TropicalRain:. But he cannot remember, HELP!

Well, your friend could always just try and use both usernames..

I'm not to sure what you could do for this problem, but maybe someone else will have an idea.
