Continuously crashing and failed attempts to log into the site...

Hey everyone Shaz here, so my friend TytoOwl has been experiencing some displeasing troubles, she would be getting help herself about the crashing if she was able to log on to the site but each time she tries an error message pops up saying "password security has recently be changed..." and yada yada yada. Therefore I am here to get her help for her. Problem number one, she has been crashing quite a lot lately and so have I, is it because FH is experiencing some problems itself? We've asked around a few people and they seem to be suffering from the same thing. We don't crash AS MUCH when we are both in our own maps, but when we are in a place like Fluorite its a whole different story, and we are tired of having to fight with FH to stay online. Problem number 2, as stated before she cannot log into the site otherwise she would be here asking instead of me, how can she fix that? Are there any solutions to prevent the non-stop crashing?

1.Try to go from Direct 3D
to OpenGL.
Also turn off water reflection, and View Distance to 0.
2.Don't know well, but if she can log in to the game, then she should be able to log in to the forum.
Also, contact a mod, for further notice.

1. We both run on the OpenGL already, plus I do believe she has tried turning off her water reflection and toning down the distance but it has done her no justice in fixing the problem, I myself have not tried it yet but I haven't bothered if it does Tyto no good

I don't understand why this is such a problem, she's online in-game all the time, though I do believe I ran into this type of problem at least once before and I fixed it by sending in a forgotten password report from the login screen

I think you are going to have to PM a staff member for this. I've never even seen that! o-o

Will do, I advised Tyto to do a password reset and it was successful, she was able to gain access to her account...For now, who knows how long it will last, so until further notice problem 2 is solved. Despite that, she still wants me to ask for help beings I'm already getting answers, it would be pointless to post a topic referring to the issues I've stated above and I quote/unquote what she said:

"Thanks Shaz, I was able to reset my password and am now able to log into the site, glad it worked. However beings you have already begun to seek answers and receive them, I shall leave it to you to solve the crashing bit"

You know, if she crashes alot, ask her, if she dosen't use the 'Russian' languge, or any other, just English.

If what you mean is her origins or language she speaks, then I'll state that she and I are close friends outside of the world of FeralHeart, so she speaks English like I do. If that's not what you are trying to say then I do not understand...

What would her keyboard language have to do with her connection problems? She is constantly being kicked from the server, I too but not as much, and we are both tired of fighting to stay online

This situation still remains a little unsolved, I think I've been able to fix my end of the crashing, but my friend TytoOwl is still not on good terms, though she eased the crashing just a little by finding and removing some adware and spyware she had on her laptop. If she needs to post her own topic about this situation then I will be more than happy to let her know that's what she needs to do if it means solving the problem completely
