Can't log in to the game

I can't log in to the game, I've check three times, all three I have entered my username and password correctly and it still wont let me log in. Why?

Right now, your username, is it that? (-TillDeathDoWePart) If so, sorry, but it is more than 16 characters, which it isn't supposed to be. In order to fix that, you'll need to make a new account less than 16 characters long.

The registration opens randomly for two hours, so I suggest you refresh the page once and a while to see if you can catch it.
