First Time Game Log In Help!

I just created an account and got it activated so i am very excited, I have also downloaded the game.  I can log into the websight ( as you can see ), but when i try to log into the game it is about to let me in but then says incorrect username or password. I know that both are correct though, i have tried over and over, I even swiched my password. As i said i did activate my account, but am i supposed to log in the first time while activation is still open? I read some glitches topics, and one by Red, but nothing helped.. what do i do?

Hey! So, I've noticed lots of help threads about this. Look here instead! It's usually just little things that are easy to fix.


1. Make sure your caps lock is not on. The login is caps sensitive! Make sure you're typing everything correctly.

2. Do not use the numpad! Use the numbers above the alphabet on your keyboard.

3. Does your username or password have any unusual symbols such as ?$!@*-_ ect.? This can mess things up for some people. Make a new account if you're having trouble with symbols. If you make a new one, please try to stick with a-z letters, nothing capitalized.

4. Make sure that your keyboard language is in English! It won't log you in unless you have a US keyboard setting.

5. If you're trying to log on ingame, make sure the server is up and running. You can do this by looking at the top of the banner of this forum.

6. Make sure you are logging in with your username, not forum nickname. My actual username is JazzForLife, and I log in with that. I do not use Jazzz, because that is my forum nickname.

7. Even if you change your password on the forum, your password for the game will always be the same you signed up with.

Also make sure your connection is strong.


Also, you can only change your forum name/password on the site. Therefor, your password is the same as what you registered as the first time.
If it exceeds 16 characters, I'm afraid you'll have to wait for the registration to open.

I made an account and looked in my email for the message, but it never sent it. Luckily it opened and i made another account but i'm a bit concerned how excited i was but then i was so sad when it didn't work.

Did you check your spam? Also, I'd recommend making sure you typed in the correct email address- You could've accidentally typed in the wrong one. If it wasn't sent, I'd recommend PMing a staff member from the account you're currently using. ^^
