Logging on Feralheart

I just got an account and already activated it. It let me log into the website, but not the actual game. I did the username and password exactly right, and I know the activation code worked. Please, a little help here?

If yer username is xXMidnightDiamondXx, then I'm afraid ye' will need to get a new account. The server via in-game wise tends to glitch and won't let users who possess a username over 16 characters to gain access within the game.
I advise ye' stray from exceedin' over 16 characters in yer next username. Ye' should not encounter said situation again if so.
