This is home to the Rogues. Violent by nature, callous by instinct. Mad and diseased, they are among the greatest threats that wander the Four Isles. But there home is here, the desert of the South.

I don't know how well your computer can run maps, but if you're glitching, I recommend you turn off water reflection and put the view distance down to a minimum.
