Good 2-D animation programs?
« on: March 25, 2014, 08:04:06 pm »
I was wondering if any of you guys know of any good 2-D animation programs. It doesn't have to be great- just something for beginners that isn't super expensive. I'd appreciate links! <33

I've used Serif Drawplus x4 personally for me for 2D drawing animations as it's quite easy to use and you can export directly into a gif or video X3

Though, you do have to pay for the full version (it's quite cheap). But, there is a free demo with no time limit which you can still do animations on perfectly fine. c: It just means you don't get as many brushes and sturf.
Please, feel free to call me Genny. x)

If you are looking for some professional software then i suggest you getting the Adobe bundle. It is very expensive if you buy them individually, but there is a thing for students to get any adobe program they want for about 9-20 dollars a month.
This deal is called Creative Cloud.
Creative Cloud contains all of the programs they offer. From web designing to move making.

If you are wanting something a little less pricey then go for the options above, but this is just a option if you are wanting to take your graphic abilities to a more serious level.
I Stalk from time to time...I have moved on to other things but do miss this place. Good times
