How do I add water into a basic ring?

Hello I am currently making a map for a few friends for their roleplay, and am trying to making a cute littler personal ring with water inside of it. I have been looking around for the tutorial, and so far have failed to find it. I would really be greatful for any help on this. ^^;

Do you mean like a swimable ring? If so, follow this, but for the first step, enter the name of your ring mesh.
