Nametag Appearing with Underscores? Causing Problems!

I've had my feralheart for maybe 1-2 Years and for some reason its currently acting up, My Username always keeps Appearing with underscores and its causing a problem because I cant recieve whispers [My Whispers are always on] and supposabily whenever someone tries to whisper me it says Im Offline.
Not only that but because these underscores keep appearing people cannot see my presets, Now of course Im a Kovu Fan So when I started I made my Name "Kovu The Lion" not "Kovu_The_Lion" I have realize that it had to do something with My preset but Im not sure what, Was it because its Named "Kovu_The_Lion_4.fhp" automatically by the export button [thing]. Is there anyway to fix it? Along with that People think Im a different person just because the underscores are there. Not only that but it gets severly annoying,
How I found out it was my Preset:
I took it off and my username appeared just fine.

This problem is most likely happening /because/ of the preset. I see you've uploaded the preset to the PresetSync, and the sync only allows the preset to be put in there with underscores. If the preset as spaces, that is. So there is basically no way for it to be fixed- at least to my knowledge.

Yep, just go to the control panel and uninstall the Sync, easy!

I have to admit I have seen you running around a couple times, and I always thought that was normal with your username. I had no clue that you didn't design it that way, and that it was causing you issues with your whispers. I am so sorry hun.

Its alright, x3 Its normal for strangers to believe that its-its first design because 1. They dont know me and 2. I never usually exploit my issue xD I Appreciate the sorrow on the issue though.

I'd say quite a few people use the Sync, you just might not be asking the right people. Lots of people that you find in-game aren't active on the forum, you gotta look for certain people, ya know?
Either way, if your friends aren't users of it, then aye, it might be unnecessary for ya. xD
Important to know that the Sync does not cause any glitches or errors though.

In any case, have you tried logging in with the underscores?
Or taking the exported file and renaming it without the underscores and using spaces instead?
Just two things you could try.
