I need some answers!

okay so my friend Alex912 has been banned from Feral-Heart for a year and 6 months she has waited patiently and just at the last day she tried to login again and there was another 6 months added onto it

as seen here:


now I really need some answers here! what the heck did she do to deserve this!? what the heck did she do to deserve ANOTHER 6 months!? if this is some mistake I'd really appreciate it if somebody sorted this out because a one year ban? like seriously pardon my language but what the hell?

please take no notice of this I've never used the forums before and have no idea how to delete this but still I'm going to find out what's wrong here my friend can't even contact a mod about it or as she's told me

As spoken by Red, Bans are given for a reason. Also, you are not to discuss bans anywhere on the site.

As, Crunchy/Snapple, spoke about the discussion about bans, you should contact a mod about this, but for real answers, let your friend talk to the mod's.
My tip, would be contacting with Any Moderators or any Global Mod's and also with WhiteLightHeart, 'cause their the active ones around the forum, mostly.

I will ask a mod to lock this thread.
