Portal to Cape not working in my map?

Uh, hi.

So I have a bit of a problem..



Yeeeah. If you can't see, I spawned in the ocean below the map.
In the map-maker, when in test mode, everything goes fine and I spawn at the portal that leads to Cape, but when in-game, I spawn in an area completely random or below the map.
I'm entering everything correctly. Help!

Ohh..
This is possibly a glitch if you made a map and exported it wrong.
If not. Im not so sure
