Several Minutes?

So I'm helping my friend download the game and then suddenly it takes two hours for it to get off the "Please wait several minutes" screen, and it was at the end. We waited two full hours then she tried again and it did the same thing.

Is yer friend's connection solid? This sounds like a poor internet connection or one that is a bit unstable while the game's settin' up/exchangin' files to her PC.
I'd advise her to try downloadin' the game when she's sure her connection has full bars. There's also the possibility that her internet is slow in performance. Though that's usually one's wifi company's fault for that if so.
