Presets

Hehe, well, I haven't posted on these forums in a while, but I need help!

Me and my sister both have the same presets downloaded, but when we are in game, they don't show up!
I did everything correctly when downloading on both computers, so I don't know what I did wrong. Like we just show up as blank animals to each other.

Details:
I am on Mac (latest OS X)
My sister is on Windows 8

Friends of mine were having the same problem. It started after the game servers went offline and then back online. Maybe something is happening with the game? I'm not sure :(

Presets won't work for me either. It's quite stressful. I spent 4 hours on a preset and then it won't work :c
