New User, Can't log in to game.

Hello everyone, I just made an account on FeralHeart like 20 minutes ago and I downloaded the game and everything but when I load up the game and input my user and password to be able to play, it says "Request accepted, sending login." Than a minute later it comes up the message incorrect user or password. I made sure everything was correct before pressing the login. I'm able to log in the forums very easily but having issues logging in the game.

The game only supports usernames that are at or below 16 characters of length, your username is 19 characters long and will not work for the game. I'm afraid the only fix would be to create a new account whenever the chance pops up and make a shorter username for that account.
