Mac feralheart Download failed??

Hey, its me again..
A friend of mine just deleted Feralheart on her Mac, because it didnt wor anymore after she installed the mass markings pack. As she tried to download and unzip  Feralheart again, it just said 'Feralheart couldnt get unpacked in downloads ( Failure 2, A file or folder of this kind doesnt exist.' Any ideas or suggestions what she could do? Thanks a lot and Greetings~

Has your friend tried to re-download the file again then unpack? Like I said, i'm not much of a Mac expert, but have they tried also extracting the files from downloads?

Adding from the previous post, make sure that she has un-installed the game successfully and for her to delete all of the FeralHeart content THEN to re download and extract the game in order for it to work.

Hopefully this will fix things.
