I'm not sure this should be in the Screenshot's section of the forum but more in the Discussion section. But this has never happened to me before. This usually happens depending on the internet connection you have I believe.

Yes, I have experienced this. Especially when I get on my main computer where the connection is weak, though I really want to fix that. ewe' It is kind of interesting to see it in that view even though it's a little annoying sometimes since I see it as "Oh, my computer's still trolling me."

So yeah. It happens on other websites too, like dA as Panzram mentioned or Youtube.

This is actually quite common.
As you might have guessed by now, this is what happens if your internet is not stable enough to load the forum.
Usually all you need to do is refresh, wait and refresh or restart your router and try again.
Quite confusing at the start, I must say.
