Can't log in

Ok sometimes my account works in game and sometimes it doesn't.
It lets me log in sometimes and other times it doesn't know matter what I do even if I type it the same way.
Is there anyway for me to possibly re-activate my account so maybe the game responds to my other attempts or something ?

1. Make sure your caps lock is not on. The login is caps sensitive! Make sure you're typing everything correctly.

2. Do not use the numpad! Use the numbers above the alphabet on your keyboard.

7. Even if you change your password on the forum, your password for the game will always be the same you signed up with.

I do not believe re-activating accounts is an option, however you could try creating a new one if needed. The registration opens daily for about two hours (contrary to popular belief) and at random, in other words, there's no way to tell when or what time it'll open back up. Hopefully this proves helpful to you.

I do not believe there's anyway on the forum, however, if I am not mistaken, the email you received when you registered for the site/game should contain a reminded on what your password and username are. Maybe try looking there, if you still have the email.

Are you positive you're following all of the guidelines above? Is it above 16 characters by any chance?

It's only 8/9
So there's no possible way to reset the ingame password ?

You can try changing it by following this quote:

Actually, you can change your ingame password. I've changed my own.

Go to the gold box up top and log in. That box is glitchy so it might take a few tries. Once successfully logged in, click "User Details" and where it says "password" just type in your new one. Same for "verify password".

**Keep in mind your forum password will remain the same unless you go to Profile>Account Related Settings>Choose Password
