Map of FH?

Is there anywhere to find a map of FH? here's an example of what I'm talking about~:

                                          > The Plains (forgot what they're called x3) > Temple of Dreams
Lonely Cave > Ficho Tunnels > Bonfire Island
                  > South Pole      > Atlantis
                  > A-something I forget Island > Sky's Rim

etc. etc. etc.

Can someone do this for me for all public rooms on FH? Because otherwise I cannot access where my friends are.

I already know most of it, but some other rooms I'm unable to find! The example above are all the rooms I know. Thanks!


(You might want to put it simpler though, now that I read over my example it's a bit hard to follow x3)

Lonely Cave > (Crystal cave) South Pole > Atlantis (go underwater straight ahead under a cave to find portal)> Last Cave
Lonely Cave > (Normal cave) Ficho Tunnel > Go up land to the right to go to Bonfire Island. Go down the waterfall to the left all the way, follow that tunnel to go to Fluorite Plains. > Temple of Dreams is on a tree at the other side of the Rock Bridge as I figured out you know that already.
Lonely Cave > (across the water) Cape Of Distant worlds which include your custum maps. If you turn around when you spawn in Cape, there's another portal leading to Fluorite Plains as well.
Lonely Cave (look on the outside of the cave and jump up platforms)> Ascension Island > Sky's Rim

If you meant this, I think it's the clearest thing to put it that way.

Are those all the rooms or all that you've found?

Yes, these are all default Feralheart rooms. Aside of that there's also Podium, but that's only the character creator platform.
You can't acces that map in-game. Further these are all you can go into.
